Two years ago, Priory began with a simple belief: that beer, food, and the table still have the power to bring people together.

Since then, we've brewed with incredible breweries, shared meals with a lot of guests, and watched this little idea continue to grow into something far bigger than we imagined. None of it would have happened without the people who have gathered with us along the way.

Join us as we celebrate our second anniversary with an evening that feels like everything Priory is about.

The night will feature a special bar menu available throughout the evening, rare beers, and a festive atmosphere as we take over Southside Cellar for one night. Alongside the party, we'll host an intimate six-course dinner showcasing the kind of thoughtful, beer-centered hospitality we're building toward every day.
